In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item to us for a refund or exchange.
If you live in the UK, we must receive items back to us within 14 days after you receive them in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you live outside of the UK, we must receive items back within 21 days after you receive them in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and you must return them at your own cost. We recommend that you return items using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely. If you are based in the US, we recommend using USPS as the most cost-effective way to return your items.
If you refuse a parcel you will be liable for the return costs and customs costs if applicable. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
In all cases, items must be returned in their original condition. Please ensure that you leave the hygiene sticker and tags on to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We do reserve the right to refuse refunds if we receive items in a state where we are no longer able to sell them to future customers.

Once your return has been approved and inspected, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 7 - 10 working days to be issued after items have been received back to us.
If you need to exchange your item for the same item or alternative item in a different size or colour just mark exchange on your returns form and which item you would like to exchange it for and in what size.
We do offer free exchanges in the UK but for all international customers, you will be charged for the return postage cost.
